Escrow services

Provision of trustee/agent which is appointed to accept the pledge of (or physically hold) the security/collateral on behalf of the lender under a loan agreement as security for performance of a borrower’s obligations. In the event of borrower default the trustee/agent takes the necessary administrative and enforcement actions with respect to the collateral on behalf of the lenders.
